No-shows result in your deposit being help as a cancellation fee. A new deposit may be required to re-book another appointment.

As eyelash extension services are personalized and performed by our trained professionals, we do not offer returns for services already provided. However, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues or concerns with the service you received, please reach out to us within 3 days of the appointment date, and we will do our best to address and resolve the matter promptly.
4. Return Eligibility for Cosmetic and Beauty Supplies
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of cosmetic and beauty supplies, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
a. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
