Return, Refund and cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our website to explore and purchase eyelash extension services, training, and cosmetic and beauty supplies. We want you to have a positive experience with our products and services, and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent Return and Refund Policy. Please review the following guidelines to understand our procedures for returns and refunds.


1.Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Eyelash Extension Services

A deposit is required for all eyelash extension services. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment may result in your deposit being help as a cancellation fee. No-shows result in your deposit being help as a cancellation fee. A new deposit may be required to re-book another appointment. 

2.Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Eyelash Extension Training Services

A deposit is required for all eyelash extension training services. Cancellations or changes made within 5 days of your training appointment may result in your deposit being help as a cancellation fee. No-shows result in your deposit being help as a cancellation fee. A new deposit may be required to re-book another training appointment. 

3. Return Eligibility for Eyelash Extension Services

As eyelash extension services are personalized and performed by our trained professionals, we do not offer returns for services already provided. However, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues or concerns with the service you received, please reach out to us within 3 days of the appointment date, and we will do our best to address and resolve the matter promptly.

4. Return Eligibility for Cosmetic and Beauty Supplies

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of cosmetic and beauty supplies, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

a. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. 

b. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date. 

c. The product must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with.

5. Return Procedure for Cosmetic and Beauty Supplies

To initiate a return for cosmetic and beauty supplies, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at admin@lashartistrymelbourne.com.au to request a return authorization within the designated return period. 

b. Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. 

c. Include a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation email. 

d. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team during the return authorization process. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refund Process for Cosmetic and Beauty Supplies

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

a. Eyelash extension services and training already provided. 

b. Cosmetic and beauty supplies that have been used, altered, or damaged. 

c. Any products not purchased directly from our website.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for our products. If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant or product, please follow the return procedure as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item separately.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
